“TDR Solutions is a company in transition.“
We started off as Total Disc Repair, specialists in optical media restoration. We grew to form the largest European network of suppliers in the industry, looking after companies such as Game, Blockbuster and Lovefilm. As this physical format declined in popularity, we used our decades of expertise and knowledge to branch out into new products and new markets.
Our main focus currently is our Chirp-protect brand – a security system that protects retail products with alarming tags without the need for physical antennas installed. It’s designed for stores where traditional EAS gates isn’t feasible and covers industries such as convenience stores, boutique stores and consumer electronics. We are working with one of the world’s biggest retail security providers as our enterprise partner and continue to reach out to smaller retailers to introduce this innovative product.

Bindi Waller
Managing DirectorOne of the original founders of Total Disc Repair Ltd, the founding company, Bindi now focuses much of his energy on reshaping the business for the future.

Sales ManagerFor more than 15 years, Anthony has covered Sales and Marketing, putting our range of brands in front of potential customers and driving company growth

Sales AdministratorMichelle is the first point of contact for most people contacting the company – providing office support to the team, processing orders & dealing with general enquiries.

Adam McCormack
General OperationsAdam has worked at TDR for 15 years, and for over 10 of those years worked alongside Mark in Support and doing offsite servicing. As the company evolved he has moved over to the Operations side of the business.

Mark Simms
SupportMark has been looking after the support side of Disc Repair for many years now and is in the process of converting all the random, important knowledge learned over time into useful data for everyone to use.

Paul Barnes
LogisticsPaul has worked for TDR for over 10 years. His main day to day responsibility is to unload supplier orders coming into the warehouse, pick and pack customer orders and to make sure they get delivered safely and on time.
“I enjoy playing pool and spending time with the family. I also enjoy taking the dog for a walk.”
Helen Wylde
AccountantAs the Accountant I cover most aspects of the financial duties. Mainly recording all financial transactions accurately and on time in order to produce informative accounts.
“Making the most of my time off. Usually gardening (my main passion), this year I have taken up Paddle Boarding which I still have to master!”
Jon Meecham
IT ManagerAs IT manager, I ensure the running of the office systems and websites, making sure the business runs smoothly and our customers are always able to access our products.
“I love the outdoors, reading novels and long walks with the dog on the beach. Good restaurants with beautiful views are my favourite thing on a weekend.“
